Agartala, Oct 03: If everything goes as per the plan, a new Tripura Bhavan would soon be seen functioning in New Delhi’ Dwarka.

As requested by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, the land measuring 2930 Sqm. for the proposed facility has already been allotted.

During his recent visit to Delhi, the Chief Minister had held discussions with Lt. Governor of Delhi V.K. Saxena and placed the proposal for two plots.

One among the two proposed plots has already been allotted by the Delhi Development Authority Institutional Land Branch and the Special Chief Residence Commissioner received the letter in this regard.

In a social media post, the Chief Minister mentioned that the new Tripura Bhavan would largely facilitate the people of Tripura. The Chief Minister also thanked the Lt. Governor, Delhi for allotting the land.

Meanwhile, two Tripura Bhavans are already functioning in the national capital and the third one is expected to come up very soon.
